Pamela Gleeson, President and CEO, brings 25
years of combined management, computer, sales and Internet experience to the company. She is a member of the Monadnock Rotary Club and the Peterborough, Keene and Jaffrey New Hampshire Chambers of Commerce.
She has had a varied background, and with every career position has managed new computer technology projects and managed up to 120 employees with a $3.5 million dollar budget. These have included projects ranging from moving companies from manual to computerized record keeping, to development of corporate web sites.
Past positions in this industry have included Director, Regional Manager
of an Internet startup company and Vice President of Sales of a software performance company.
Pamela consults with entrepreneurs, executives and artists to develop Internet strategies to compliment their business and marketing plans, and is passionate about finding ways to help them succeed. She has a special interest in providing custom, visually appealing web sites integrated with content management systems, web applications, e-commerce and blogs.
Gerard Gleeson joined the company as Chief
Technical Officer in 2001 and has over twenty years of engineering experience in
international banking, systems programming and computer security.
He graduated in 1988 with degrees in Computer Engineering and Mathematics from Trinity College, Dublin,
Ireland and received a Masters degree in Computer Engineering from the college in 1992.
He developed back office database applications at Bank of Ireland Group Treasury and Bank of Bermuda before
joining the OpenVMS Engineering team at Digital Equipment Corporation, where he worked on operating system
internals as a Senior Engineer.
He continued to work on VMS while at Electronic Data Systems, supporting and enhancing DECnet and X.25, then
porting VMS and ACMS components to the Itanium Processor Family. He moved to the Global Security group and took
on a wide variety of projects involving Web Services Security, PCI Compliance, Network Intrusion Detection,
Virtualization, and security for data storage. (He became CISSP certified in 2007.)
At Consensus Technology he guides technical decision making and enjoys developing solutions for our diverse
clientele. In addition to his knowledge of the computer industry, he is a photographer, audiophile,
videophile, musician and movie geek. He's a member of the IEEE Computer Society, the Audio Engineering Society,
and the Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers.
